DESCRIPCIÓN:

Tinta monocomponente base solvente para serigrafía, acabado semimate. Tiene excelente flexibilidad. Diseñada para aplicación en diferentes sustratos. Tiene especial aplicación para PET y material sometido a termoformado entre otros. Excelente adherencia, alta resistencia física, excelente resistencia al alcohol y resistencia a shampoos y cremas poco agresivas.

Adicionalmente puede adherir en: PVC, acrílico, ABS, Poliestireno, Estireno, Policarbonato, Lexán entre otros.

Debido a su apariencia física y fácil manejo las tintas de la misma serie pueden combinarse fácilmente. La alta opacidad que tiene permite que puedas cubrir tu producto en un solo pase.  

CARACTERÍSTICAS:

• APARIENCIA: líquido de mediana viscosidad
• BRILLO: semimate con alta opacidad (con alto poder cubriente)
• CURADO Y SECADO: al aire y se acelera con temperaturas
• ADHERENCIA: 5B (ASTM 3359 e ISO 2409) después de haber curado mínimo 24 horas, puede hacer prueba de scratch después de 36 horas de curado
• RESISTENCIA MECÁNICA: Excelente a la abrasión y al termoformado
• RESISTENCIA QUIMICA: Alcohol

Monocomponent solvent borne ink for screen printing, semi-matt finish. It has excellent flexibility. Designed for application on different substrates. It has special application for PET and material subjected to thermoforming among others. Excellent adhesion, high physical resistance, excellent resistance to alcohol and resistance to shampoos and non-aggressive creams.

Additionally it can adhere in: PVC, acrylic, ABS, Polystyrene, Styrene, Polycarbonate, Lexan among others.

Due to its physical appearance and easy handling, inks of the same series can be combined easily. The high opacity it has allows you to cover your product in one pass.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• APPEARANCE: medium viscosity liquid
• BRIGHTNESS: semi-matt with high opacity (with high hiding power)
• CURING AND DRYING: air and accelerates with temperatures
• ADHERENCE: 5B (ASTM 3359 and ISO 2409) after curing at least 24 hours, you can do scratch test after 36 hours of curing
• MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: Excellent abrasion and thermoforming
• CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Alcohol
