91 Catalyst

Solvent-based catalyst for screen printing, designed to
oven and air dried. 91 Hardner gives the ink gloss properties, excellent resistance to solvents, chemicals and abrasion.

91 Hardner is easy to handle and has an excellent compatibility with 91 series ink, this allows an homogeneous mixing in less time. Does not require precure time.

This catalyst has a stoichiometric dosage different maximum for each color, if required properties and specific resistances, contact us to provide you with a formula suitable for your needs.

FEATURES:

  • APPEARANCE: Very low viscosity liquid.
  • CURING AND DRYING: in air and accelerates with temperatures.
  • BAKABLE: Yes and maximizes the properties of adhesion and chemical resistance to the ink.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Keep in a cool place (temperature between 10 and 25 °C), preferably ventilated and dark, avoiding direct exposure to solar radiation, away from heat sources and other acids or alkalis. The container must always be vertical and perfectly covered to avoid solvent evaporation. The container should remain open for the shortest possible time. Use clean tools and containers to prepare the ink.

We exclusively recommend mixing and conditioning the hardner with our recommended compatible products. Coral Tintas S. A. de C. V. is not responsible for the use of/in third-party products.

PRESENTATIONS:

NOTE:

Once the ink and catalyst are mixed, it will last a maximum of 8 hours before hardening.
