CAT Series Ink

Two-component solvent-based ink for screen printing, bakeable up to 2000C, designed for application on metals and ceramics, has a glossy finish, excellent adhesion and extraordinary chemical resistance.

Resists alkalis and acids of moderate concentration, oils, soaps, alcohol, oxidizing agents, abrasion, water, essences, ketones, thinners, cleaners, etc.

It is recommended for ceramic parts, metal parts with electrostatic paint coating, metals and specifically for stainless steel.

FEATURES:

• APPEARANCE: medium viscosity liquid.
• BRIGHTNESS: High with high opacity (with high hiding power).
• CURING AND DRYING: Baking minimum 700C to 2000C.
• ADHESION: 5B (ASTM 3359 and ISO 2409) after passing through the oven.
• HIGH MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: Excellent to abrasion.
• HIGH CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: alkalis and acids of moderate concentration, oils, soaps, alcohol, oxidizing agents, abrasion, water, essences, ketones, thinners among others.
