CP2000 Series Ink
Solvent-based two-component ink for screen printing, designed for application on different substrates, has a glossy finish, excellent adhesion and good chemical resistance.
Resists alkalis and acids of moderate concentration, oils, soaps, alcohol, oxidizing agents, abrasion, essences, ketones, thinners, WATER, etc.
Recommended for treated polyethylene, treated polypropylene, acrylic, ABS, polystyrene, PVC, steel, treated nylon, treated bakelite, pharmaceutical probes, among others.
Due to their physical appearance and easy handling, inks from the same series can be easily combined. Its high opacity allows you to cover your product in a single pass.
FEATURES:
- APPEARANCE: medium viscosity liquid.
- BRIGHTNESS: High with high opacity (with high hiding power).
- CURING AND DRYING: in air and accelerates with temperature.
- ADHESION: 5B (ASTM 3359 and ISO 2409) after curing at least 24 hours, can be scratched after 36 hours of curing.
- HIGH MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: Excellent to abrasion.
- HIGH CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: A minimum time of 48 hours is recommended to apply these tests.
- BAKABLE: Yes and maximizes its adhesion and chemical resistance properties.
