T15 Series Ink

Solvent borne monocomponent ink for pad printing, designed for application in different substrates, and especially in acrylic pens, ABS, styrene, polycarbonate, PVC, among others. Glossy finish, excellent adhesion, high physical resistance and good chemical resistance.

This ink has high resistance to rubbing with the fingertips and to the sweating of the hands.

Due to its physical appearance and easy handling, inks of the same series can be easily combined. The high opacity it has allows you to cover your product in a single pass (one stroke with the pad).

FEATURES:

• APPEARANCE: medium viscosity liquid.
• BRIGHTNESS: glossy with high opacity (with high hiding power).
• CURING AND DRYING: air and accelerates with temperatures.
• FREE TO TACK (touch drying): fast.
• ADHERENCE: 5B (ASTM 3359 and ISO 2409) after curing at least 24 hours, you can do scratch test after 36 hours of curing.
• MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: Excellent to abrasion.
